To celebrate the film’s 30th Anniversary, Back to the Future in Concert is coming to Radio City Music Hall on October 15 and 16 for its only New York-area performances this year. For two nights, the iconic film will be presented on the big screen with renowned New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and acclaimed conductor David Newman performing Alan Silvestri’s electrifying score live in synch with the original picture! As a special treat, fans will enjoy approximately 20 minutes of new music that Silvestri added to this live concert production, which is sure to provide an extra 1.21 gigawatts of excitement to the experience!
Produced by FILM CONCERTS LIVE!, Back to the Future in Concert has already been enjoyed by more than 42,000 fans since its premiere in May in Lucerne, Switzerland, appearing at such famed international concert venues as Wolf Trap, The Hollywood Bowl and Royal Albert Hall. Now for the first time, fans in New York City will be able to experience this unforgettable movie classic accompanied by a live symphony orchestra, in one of the world’s most beloved concert venues… Radio City Music Hall! A limited number of VIP premium tickets will be available for these concerts, which include prime seats, plus attendance at an exclusive post-concert meet and greet and autograph signing event with Back to the Future writer/producer Bob Gale and composer Alan Silvestri. VIP ticket holders will each receive a complimentary autographed page of sheet music from the Back to the Future conductor’s score, suitable for framing!
